What it is like to work here, how hiring works, what we offer, and how to apply.
Last updated 29 August 2026 — Draft for review. Corporate details, named roles and vacancy information to be confirmed before publication.
Working here
We build systems that move other people's money. That sets the standard: careful work, written reasoning, tested changes, and a culture where raising a concern is expected rather than tolerated.
Teams are small and accountable. You will own a problem end to end rather than a narrow slice of it, and you will be expected to understand the financial and regulatory context of what you build, not just the code.
How hiring works
Our process has four stages and we tell you the outcome of each within five business days.
- Application review — a person reads every application. We do not filter applications by an automated score.
- Introductory conversation — forty-five minutes on your experience, what you want next and what the role actually involves.
- Practical exercise — a task that resembles the work, time-boxed and paid where it exceeds two hours. You keep your work.
- Final conversations — with the people you would work with, including one conversation about how you handle disagreement and error.
We give specific feedback on request after a practical exercise or a final conversation.
What we offer
Terms vary by country and are stated in full in the offer, never implied. Common elements include a salary benchmarked against the market for the role and location, paid annual leave above the statutory minimum in each market, parental leave available to every parent regardless of gender, a learning allowance, and equipment chosen to suit how you work.
We publish the salary range on every vacancy and we do not negotiate down from a stated range. We do not ask for your current salary.
Adjustments and accessibility
Tell us what you need and we will provide it: extra time, a written brief in advance, an alternative format, a break during a long conversation, or an interview scheduled around care responsibilities. Asking for an adjustment has no bearing on the outcome and is not recorded against your application.
Background checks
Roles with financial crime responsibility require pre-appointment screening, including identity, right to work, employment history and, where local law permits, a criminal records check. We tell you which checks apply before you accept an offer, and an adverse result is discussed with you before any decision is taken.
How to apply
Current vacancies and their salary ranges are listed on this page as they open. Applications and speculative enquiries go through the Contact page, addressed to recruitment, with the role you are interested in and a short note on why.
We reply to every application. We do not use recruitment agencies for direct applications and we do not accept unsolicited candidate submissions from agencies.
